Yep the cream does help. I’ve been prone to them ever since sadly. I actually didn’t have them get any worse during labour even though first kid was posterior.

I had them before too, and I did have surgery after it got bad to the point of spending forty five minutes on the toilet in tears every day and losing blood each time. That surgery worked.... up until I fell pregnant!

I have the prescription Scheriproct. It helps a little. Has anyone tried this vs proctosedyl. (Thanks for the recommendations)
Happy to try a different one...
