hi this is my first blog so please bare with me
I have 1 grandson who will be 2 next month & another 1 due in October. We look after him every 2nd weekend so my daughter & son in law can work.Cody has become a real fussy eater & tends to throw things when he gets frustrated. If any 1 has some positive hints on how to deal with these I would be grateful.
Also themed dishes (space, animal, Thomas the Tank Engine) might interest him and lead to better table manners! Big W have cutlery sets for toddlers/preschoolers that look like adult ones but are smaller and have a different animal engraved on each piece. My little one loves them.
If that doesn't work and he still throws the food around, just remove the meal without making a fuss. A hungry child will eat! Don't make the mistake of then feeding him snacks. Wait until he is good and hungry and try again! Good luck.
