Does anyone know if / where you can buy a christmas outfit for a newborn baby? Like a little santa outfit or something. I thought it might be cute for photos.

Thanks in advance.

My sister seems to dress her little ones in a festive spirit every year, and I think she just finds them in the local shopping centre.

I saw a couple in DJs last year, and also in a large chemist - you know the type that seem to sell everything?!

I brought DS a T-Shirt (then 4 months) from Big W last year...they may have had Christmas outfits also. I've seen them in discount shops also (saw them both in Sydney last year and already in Perth this year). I saw the cutest little elf outfit for a newborn last week in a discount shop. Not sure where you are but i'd try one of those cheapie shops first.

Good Luck

Jo.

I'm in Sydney - do you think it's too early to go start looking?

Thanks for your replies.

Hi there
I saw a santa outfit and a little elf outfit in the Reject Shop last week, not sure where you are, but we are in NSW. They were only $15, not sure of the newborn sizes, but I saw some that would fit my 9 month old and smaller....The elf outfits are really cute.

HTH!!

Someone gave my DD a christmas jumpsuit last year. Was great - although she only got one wear out of it of course... I'm hunting for the same one this year, so I can put them in a memory box and say what size she was this year compared to her first ever christmas when she was 3 days old!

It was from target.

Rather inclined to giggle. Doesn't put things away.
I know you probably aren't interested in sewing, but just wanted to share these very cute outfits I found while looking for a pattern for DD1. So gorgeous!
