DS has a friend coming home with him from school this afternoon. I dont know the family other than to smile when we see each other in the playground and the house is a disaster. DD is asleep so I cant vacuum, cant mop because I need to vacuum, might be too late to get washing on because it is forcast rain. I need to shop for dinner but I cant because I had to quickly drop my car into the service centre & the cat has just done a big fur ball on the carpet.

I dont know what to do or where to start:cry:

I would forget the washing for today. Its sounds like you need to vac so can you shut your DD's bedroom door while she sleeps then you can vaccum. I would just make sure the dishes arent piled up and the kitchen is clean and toilet is clean LOL. The other bedroom doors you can shut.
