We got a note home the day before the long weekend saying that if we wanted to apply for tickets then to fill out the form and fax it off. I got tickets for the family but I'm wondering what to expect as I've never been. Actually, we've never been to any Variety stuff which makes it even more exciting. It doesn't look like assigned seating (which is fine, means people sit where they need to, right?) but there's no info on what the circus is like or if they have food stalls that you can buy stuff from or anything.

Any veterans? biggrin.gif

Oh, and I'm Gold Coast... thought I'd better chuck that in. biggrin.gif

Thanks for that. I always have water bottles and snacks on hand but I'll make sure to pack a few more, just in case. original.gif

We went to circus quirkus years ago, it was in a big leagues club (we are in Sydney) so obviously there were plenty of places to buy food and drink.

We took snacks and water, because we had no money (the tickets were through our disadvantaged school, nothing to do with SN)
