 nappy rash when starting cloth nappies? |

Hi everyone.
I have recently started DS in cloth nappies (BBH) and was wondering if anyone else's baby had a bit of nappy rash to start with when transitioning to cloth nappies from disposables? I'm wondering if the rash is because we are not using the zinc creams that he is used to? I have been using Moo Goo MSM cream on him at nappy changes and zinc cream with disposables at night. |
