I use gelatine leaves because it doesn't have preservatives nor the smell of gelatine powder.

For lunch boxes, I make them a bit firmer because there's no refrigeration. For home, I make them as wobbly as possible.

I use my pyrex jug, place 6-9 gold strength gelatine leaves in some cold water to cover and leave it a few minutes until the leaves soften. I then pour out the water and squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the leaves. I put a splash of hot water from the kettle in and give it a stir to dissolve the leaves. Then I top it up with juice or whatever liquid I am using to roughly the 500mL mark. Then pour into the containers and place in the fridge.

Buy Aeroplane 'Make Your Own' Jelly Crystals...
Make as directed with choice of flavouring agent...
Set in fridge and enjoy!

Although any of the above ideas are probably far less 'bad'!

My kids favourite at the moment is Milo Jelly.

I hadn't had a milo jelly before, but it sounds yummy. biggrin.gif We also eat a jelly at once haha.

For fruits that have bromelain, you can buy the tinned products because those have been already heated. Or boil the fresh fruits in juice/water.
