Purely out of curiosity, just wondering what others are doing before the end of the financial year? i.e. paying your PHI premiums early, interest in advance on investment loans, charity donations for a tax deduction to get the most out of your tax return? I've been gathering all my paperwork for shares and medical expense receipts tonight and it got me thinking...

I am just going through and collecting up paper work for things I can claim for study. Nothing extra.

Over the next week I need to get stuff to the accountant to work out what we have to pay ourselves.

Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur.
Mentally spending my tax dollars on new tyres for the car.

Rejoicing that my DH has caught up on 20 years of "CBF"ed so I can just put my hand out for his group certificates and get him all E-taxed up before the next decade rolls past...

Trying to convince DP not to book into another training course.

He already has baout $2000 to claim.

I told him he can do whatever he want next financial year.

As for me I just need to check my reciepts are in order. Then wait for group certificates. I think this year I am expecting 4.

I've got a big bucket of sand for my head.

Even worse, I need to estimate our income ftb and I have NFI. It is scaring me.
