we are such slackers on here. FB is so much easier for all of us

anyway, i think i have spd. i have to talk to my mw on wednesday. its a seperation of the pubic bone. im im alot of pain. i cant walk. getting in and out of the car hurts. rolling over in bed is extremely painful. not sure what they can do but i need something.

will be 30weeks on tuesday. cant believe we all only have 10 and a bit weekes to go

oh Catherine, that is horrible, I think there are some special brace pants you can wear? I know a friend of mine with SPD got them recommended by her ob and they helped.

on the countdown now, so exciting, so daunting... still haven't done a thing hahaha

Yes I snoop occasionally... it's lovely to see how you are all going. Like Sheree (chocmudcake), I've had another miscarriage since leaving this DIG. But I just got a faint line on an HPT this morning, so hoping it is 3rd time lucky.

I am also on your birth buddy list, so you might want to remove me so my buddy doesn't miss out.
