Double medals for you Carmen Tounge1.gif

I think we must all be pretty busy with our babies!

We are going well, Isla is settling in nicely and Zach is coping pretty well with the big change. He has "tapped" her on the head once though and we have had a few other incidents but pretty good over all.

Isla is letting us get pretty good sleep, she is still sleeping a lot during the day too so that lets us spend some one on one time with Zach. Dh goes back to work next week on the friday so I am freaking out a little bit on how im going to cope but im sure I will be ok...I hope!

Hope everyone is well! waves.gif

If evolution really works, how come mothers only have two hands?
Hi girls,
yep pretty busy here with same routine of something on every day, just have 2 little people to transport around with me now! LOL

Unfortunately Lucas' ears have been really sh*tty again the last couple of days, last night there was blood on his pillow too and the waxy discharge coming out is bloody tinged, so rang the specialist and we can get in there tomorrow. Poor little bugger, his balance is shot and his speech changes instantly.

Elijah is doing well except for a bit of a cold which makes it a bit tricky to BF. He has put on just over 1kg since we left hospital so I am stoked, will go for another "weigh in" on thursday. I got a great recipe for lactation cookies from another mum in my July PG, will bake some in the ready for the 6wk growth spurt, funny thing is i told DH and he was like , what the you have soooo much milk already that you wet the bed, i know but.. you can never have too much right?? laughing2.gif

ok well better go both boys in bed and Lucas sleep is crap when he has bad ears so last night when Eli was asleep Lucas was awake Uuuggh and then they were waking each other which was a first that I didnt like.

take care to everyone, sorry for the me post.

x
Em

Hi ladies biggrin.gif
Yep I've been pretty busy too. Don't have much time to post on EB. Normally every time I sit down someone wants me or I think of something I should be doing while Heidi is asleep. When she is sleeping I use that time to get things done around the house because when she is awake I need to keep a close eye on her cause Lily tries to pick her up and is forever poking her or letting her suck her finger.

Heidi will be 6 weeks tomorrow. Gosh the time has flown. At her last weigh 2 weeks ago she was spot on 4kg. I'm back at the health nurse next Tues so will be good to see how much she is now and how long she is too. The '000' bonds suits fit very snug on her but the '00' are a tad big. It's a bit sad to move up to the bigger sizes and leave the '000' behind as this is most likely my last bub I am trying to hold on to everything 'baby' laugh.gif

Anyway better get back to it...See you around on FB!

mum to 6 and 1 in heaven
Hi guys,

I have been sick with the flu and boy I am hoping I NEVER get this sick ever again!!!!
The kids have been coming down with it one by one too but are in better shape than I am ohmy.gif

The house has now been advertised and there is heaps of interest in it. The cars keep driving past all day long and I now feel very self concious at the front of the house. I am picking this place is not going to be on the market too long, so we are starting the packing this weekend. I am soo sick and tired of packing and moving, we weren't supposed to move for a few years but everytime we make plans everything seems to go pear shaped aannoyed.gif

Zeke has been rather grumpy lately and has taken to biting again. It looked like he was teething before the flu struck so I am not sure if thats what causing him to be the way he is.

Well need to go sort some more washing and organise lunch.

Take Care
Suzanne

Suzanne: I hope you find a house you can really settle into soon, we are noving in a few months and although Im excited im also dreading the packing, cleaning, setting up the new house etc...

Nic: I am trying to hold onto everything "baby" too and this is not even my last. laughing2.gif I have to watch Zach so carefully around Isla, he likes to kiss and cuddle but also tests the boundaries with a few pokes and prods every now and then!

Em: I hope Lucas' ears are ok, poor thing sad.gif

All is well with us, I am pretty sick though so just hoping I don't pass it onto the kids.
