Ahem. Another that needs help with the same issue... I *think* we have rats in our ceiling as of a few days ago.... We are in the same area.
I might jump onto my local FB page to see if anyone there can make any recommendations. WIll be back if I get anywhere

I just had Nationwide Pest Control out to sort out my rat problem. They were great, and I've not seen or heard anything since from our little visitors.

We had a horrible problem when we first moved in and used Flick pest removal. We needed them to bait indoors so had them install locked bait stations for safety. They had to come a number of times before it was resolved.
Now that the problem is just in the roof, I buy $20 or so worth of wax blocks from the hardware store and we throw it up into the roof. No problem after about 4 days. |
