dress

I have my BIL wedding to go to next month, on the invitation the dress type said cocktail, do you think this dress that I have bought is ok, or is it too short.
It is a lovely floaty dressy dress, its really nice to wear. I would love to hear youre opinions please.

ETA; The picture of the dress is abit longer fit on me, but it is above the knee.

or Fembo maybe...
NMS but I think the length and dress is fine for cocktail, especially if it's a longer fit for you, and you dress it up with some bling.

Loving the colour and style!

Would be a little bit concerned about the length, but if it is as you stated and longer then in the picture, it should be fine.

Could you post a picture of you in it?

It's a lovely dress and definitely cocktail. I hate really short dresses just because it's not 'me' but if you're comfortable with it - and above the knee is not uber short- then I say buy!

Agree with the others, lovely but looks too short in the picture.

I know you said cocktail but is the event entirely indoors? If you were outdoors for too long you might be having to hold the skirt down in a strong wind. Not sure what the weathers like in your area at the moment.
