Hi everyone,
I had my NT scan today, everything seems fine, but I will have to wait until dr's appointment next week to get results. I'm not worried though, the man doing the Ultrasound said the neck measurement is thin, so we'll see. Bubby was moving around, kicking and wiggling, which was great to see. And I got another photo to show people.... and it is soooo cute hheart.gif

wannabamumma-I wish I could give you a magic piece of advice, but there just isnt one. Hope you feel better soon

I had my scan today too kayelee- all looking good, baby was sleeping for most of it, but gave us a nice wave. I'm telling myself that unlike Jack- who at 12 weeks took twice as long to scan cos he did not stop moving (and pretty much has NOT stopped moving) this will be a nice quiet baby! All risks came back nice and low (1 in 6500 or something for downs etc) which is nice.

In general feeling a little better, not right this second tho, but thats ok...

Hope everyone is well

Hi all,
Good to hear your scans are going well! My scan is this arvo, and I am so nervous, I just need to pull it together and drive 4 hours to Sydney! Hope everyone is well.

Hello happy.gif

I haven't been on EB for ages, but figured I'd come in and say hello.

I'm due on the 23rd of September with #3. I have a DS who is six and a half and DD who is four next month. Had a missed mc before I had DS and that's it in a nutshell.

Another who doesn't get in here very much. Good to see scans are going well for you so far. I have mine next Thursday so will be good to see how things are going. Will come back in and fill in more when I have some news. Tiredness seems to be easing a little - still feel exhausted every arvo and night but after a rest up on the couch feel slightly human to get through those nightly tasks you know cook dinner, eat, homework, showers, make lunches etc. Other than that, things seem to be going ok.

Will pop back in next week and hopefully see some more news on scans :-)

Spoke too soon about the morning sickness easing up. Have been sick all day the last 3 days and yesterday was so bad I couldn't keep anything down and I haven't even been able to sleep! It's driving me bonkers as I had so much stuff I wanted to get done this long weekend. Oh well as long as bub is healthy. Got my blood and urine tests back and everything looks perfect, just waiting for the maternal serum test which gets assessed at the royal children's so probably will be a few weeks. DP and I have decided that regardless of the results we would continue with the pregnancy, although we have no reason to worry. Very much looking forward to our scan on Tuesday, can't wait to see our little angel and hear the heart beat. And im bursting to share our news with everyone original.gif

Mrs Roo - I know how you feel, I had five clear days and now 2 really nasty ones, I just keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end! AFM I had my NT scan on Friday, it was fantastic, bubs is doing great 1 in 10000 and something risk of downs syndrome! Bubs did some excellent waving and DP and I were so delighted, we told all the rellies who didn't know and apparently after I left my Grandma's house she rang everyone she knows to tell them!I've been telling the friends over the past couple of days and they are all stoked, most of them had figured it out when I didn't have a drink at dinner a few weeks ago, but glad to know everything is going well!Well I better go and do all the domestic chores I didn't get around too yesterday!Hope everyone is well!
