I'm well on my way to my goal weight (oh how I miss my pre child body cry1.gif ). I'm so happy with my progress, part of my problem has been/is hormones and the fluid retention tablets my doctor has put me on are helping big time original.gif At this rate I will be back in the "normal" zone for christmas biggrin.gif

A big congrates to you. I hope that you are happy and continue to strive to your goal.

It was only today that I saw myself in the mirror at the shops and cried. It has really kicked my butt into gear and I will be going back to WW, to help me on my way again. Just to get to my pre-baby weight would be great..

Congratulations! Thats a fantastic achievement. I joined WW tonight - I had my baby 8 months ago and I weigh about 20kg more now than the day I gave birth! If only I could go back to my pregnancy weight!

Thanks girls cool.gif

I was at the point of wanting to put a paper bag over my head and never go out again. I have had to make drastic changes to my diet to shift this weight including cutting out all starchy carbs, it just wouldn't come off any other way. It's horrifying what having a baby can do to your hormones long term, my "baby" is now 6 ohmy.gif

Good luck with your goals to girls! and congrats Chocolatecookie on your weight loss biggrin.gif

Well Done nevaeh!
It is an amazing feeling isn't it?
I jumped on the scales this week and I too have made it to the 10kg mark. I have lost 11kg in 9 1/2 weeks. So to celebrate I bought some new items of clothing ( in a smaller size he he) and it feels fantastic.
I too got the help of my Gp. He prescribed me some apetite suppressants that work wonders, so I have another 10kg and I will be happy and at my pre-pregnancy weight, another 15kg and I will be at my pre-married weight.
CONGRATULATIONS to you!!!!
