Hi Ladies.

I hope the new ladies find some comfort here.

Wildence - i waited to take the test on friday, as i was dreading that feeling of dread of a BFN.

Bluecup - do you mean BFN?
I'm not seeing my OB until 30th April - 9 weeks! too far away.
I'm seeing my GP on thursday and hope to get an U/S referral then.

PCM & Kiwi girl - I'm only new, but from what i can see you both have just as much right to be here as the rest of us. Assisted or not you are still ttc #1 after a loss/es.

Blue Cup - i was thinking the same as Des Hen, i assume you meant BFN? I can't imagine how a BFP would be miserable... Sounds like you had a lovely w/e away. Bet you cant wait to start BD wink.gif

Zarlias - i don't know anything about molar pregnancy, but that would really suck having to wait that long. I guess if that's wat the Dr says though you should go with their advise. As much as it sucks. Glad to hear you're feeling better today.

Wishing - So sorry to hear of your loss. I'm only a newbie too. I was supposed to be 11 weeks but had a scan last week after some spotting & found out bub never grew. Just had the sac measuring 6-7wks. I think they say you should wait coz of something to do with the lining of our uterus being thicker if you do. I dunno, i don't want to wait either.

Des Hen - Not sure what calendar you are using but 30th April is on 4 &half weeks away. Or did you mean you will be 9wks?

AFM - Feeling ok today. Started bleeding last night, most likely from going too hard at the gym. I know i should have waited but i just want to feel normal again. Had a chat with my SIL this morn, she had a MC just recently & turns out she would have been due just after me. Another SIL is preg as well & due about the same time. Would have been cool to all be preg together. Oh well just wasnt meant to be.

Hi all

New to the site so hope i am doing this right...Have been reading your posts for a few days now and can really relate to your stories, so thought i would join in if thats ok.

I have been TTC for almost 12 months and have had 2 early pregnancy losses (both at 6 weeks, both times natural MC). I am 34 and DH is 43. Have had a few tests (found out I was a negative blood type) which i believe shouldnt cause any major problems. I ovulate fine (dont use OPK just go off CM) and my OB has had a look internally and has said my lining looks thick and he thinks that because it is happening so early it is more than likely just "bad luck" and a chromosomal problem. OB has told me to try again as i seem to fall pregnant every 4 or so months (fingers crossed wink.gif ) and come back when i am 5 weeks and he will go from there. (last MC was december).

First MC i waited for 1 cycle, the last i started straight away as lots of different advice but GP said go for it and i decided to listen to my body. And for the last MC two weeks later i had CM so thought why wait.

Could really relate to all your stories and feelings, i went from devestated and dissapointed to just wanting to fall pregnant again quickly. I try not to focus too much on it all but its always not far from my mind.

Currently on my TWW so we will see how we go this month. Sorry everyone finds themselves here and hopefully we will all get better luck real soon original.gif

Hello Ladies,

Bluecup - Happy anniversary!! I hope you have a wonderful evening! Thank you so much for your kind words you made me smile. I hope we all catch the egg this cycle, im eager to move on from this rough patch wink.gif

Kazz - how are things going at the gym? I hope its getting better as time goes on. My SIL and I were pregnant at the same but only briefly she had baby is November and I mc in October. It was nice to have a family member pregnant at the same time.

porkchop mama Weclome back!! fingers crossed all goes well this cycle!! I agree with Kazz I think you have every right to be here.

Des Hen - How are you feeling with everything? Still tired? I hope time flies for you and your first scan is here before you know it. So exciting!

Wishing - Welcome and im so sorry for the circumstances of why you are here. My OB told me to wait for AF after my d&c but that was purely for dating purposes.

Zarillas - Im so sorry for what you have been through and I hope you find the evidence so you can give to DH to put his mind at ease.

Hope6 - Welcome and sorry also for the circumstances you are here. Im the same with all the mixed feelings. My fingers are crossed for you and hope this TWW goes quickly for you.

Im so sorry if I have missed anyone and hope you are all doing well.

AFM - Well its been hard this past week (as you could tell from my previous post wink.gif ) had another mini breakdown yesterday and just let everything out on my poor DH so glad he is understanding, I have a friend due for her first on Monday and I was six weeks behind her and another friend who is due the same time as I would have been. So bit emotional at the moment and Im guessing its because my due date is coming up and im still not pregnant. Sooo DH and I have decided to take the natural approach and just go with it so no OPK or temp charting this month and fx that it will happen.

Thats enough about me wink.gif take care ladies xo

Hello All,

Welcome to all the new people here, I hope you find some comfort and support here... I know I have original.gif

PCM & kiwi-girl - of course you belong and I am glad you are here. One thing I have learnt along the way is that you need people who understand what you have been through and what you are going through... We all offer that to each other and it is so important!

Blue cup - happy anniversary! I hope you had a lovely evening original.gif

Jaynen - I am sorry to hear about your not-so-good week, but glad you have made it through with the support of your DH. I have my fingers crossed for your natural approach this cycle x

If there is anyone I missed, I hope you are doing ok.

AFM - not much happening here really... I should be due for ovulation on Friday, but waiting to see what happens. Still secretly hoping it will be a few days late... DH will be home from work next Wednesday morning and I would so much like to have a slim chance of catching the egg... not real hopeful because I am starting to get lines on my OPK's, but still wishing for it! Some days it is so easy to be positive, and some days it is a struggle!

Sending baby dust to you all!! There are a few of us here now.... Let's hope none of us stay here too much longer xo

BlueCup Happy Anniversary. You are a year ahead of me original.gif Hope you have a great evening.

rubylou77 the month we got pregnant my DH was away for the weekend and I thought we had no chance. I had EWCM on the saturday and he didnt get home til Sunday night. We totally stopped charting and OPK's and just went for it laughing2.gif so there IS hope original.gif Good luck I hope you get it grin.gif

Jaynen81 that's what I have heard too about the dating. I asked the midwife why? And she couldnt really answer me.. I've heard people fall pregnant straight after and go on to have healthy pregnancies and because we have had such a long TTC journey and only 1 BFP which resulted in a mc i am tempted to just start Bd'ing again but not full on TTC and if it happens it happens original.gif I wont count on it though as it took us a LOOOONG time to begin with..

HOPE6 Im a negative blood type too. I dont think there is any problem with that. You just need to make sure you tell the GP as I had to have the anti-D injection before my miscarriage. Good luck this month original.gif

Kazz33 sad.gif you poor thing. 11 weeks is even further along than me.. Has everything settled down for you thismorning? That sucks about your SIL's. How hard for you all but at least you can all talk about it and go through it together.

KiwiGirl you girls are definately welcome here. I almost went down the AC road but we had our surprise BFP. I was a month off starting IVF!

Porkshop thanks original.gif

So Im just spotting now. It's all finally ending. Kind of sad in a way but good to know I can start to move on. My ultrasound is booked for Frday to check everything has sorted itself out. I might also get a blood test to check my HCG levels have dropped off. What a long few weeks it's been.

bluecup - we share the same anniversart!! We're 4 years today.

Wishing 2011 - happy anniversary too.

Thanks for the support everyone and being good with myself and KiwiGirl staying on here.

AFM

First bloods and US of the cycle today. I am not sure that I have had a good enough response, not many follicles on scan.

I really shouldn't be google doctoring myself again. After all the self diagnosis I did on myself last year...

Will update.

Jaynen81 – I haven’t been back to the gym since Mon, but i did go for a walk/run Tues & no bleeding. Unfortunately it came back yesterday arvo though. I’m still gonna keep exercising, just take it easy. Oh you poor thing, it is best to let it all out though. It’s so hard having someone due around the same time you would have been. My SIL is due 10days after i would have been, i’m praying im pregnant again before then or it will be extra tough. It will happen when the time is right (how many times have you heard that) I hope you feel better soon (well as good as you can anyway)

Rubylou – Good luck catching that egg! Fx for you. I don’t know much about OPKs, do the lines mean youre coming up to O, & get darker when it about to happen? Enlighten me.

Hi Hope – Welcome & sorry you find yourself in this group. At least thats some comfort for you that everything is ok internally. I agree, why wait if you think the time is right to catch that egg. Good luck & i hope you have a BFP to report soon.

Happy Anniversary Blue Cup, hope you had a wonderful night.

Wishing – It’s incredibly hard, we were just starting to tell everyone too because we were so close to 12w & everything seemed fine. Little did i know our bub hadn’t grown sad.gif I said to hubby, & i Know it sounds horrible, But it sucks that his sister is pregnant & due around when i was. It does help to have someone to talk to though. My best friend also had a MC late last year. Unfortunately it is just so common. I’m sure you have said in an earlier post, but did you have a D&C? How long ago? I know everone is different but just wondering how long this bleeding might stick around for.

Porkchop – Happy Anniversary too & Fx you get some good news soon.

AFM – I’m struggling at the moment sad.gif. I thought i was ok, but mum & i had a day trip to Melb yesterday. It was planned before i lost bub (mum had an app down there) & we were gonna look for some maternity clothes & prob clothes & things for bub as well. I just keep picturing the big Pumpkin Patch clearance store we saw & all the fun we coulda had. I’m not looking forward to going back to work after easter coz thats when i had planned to tell everyone. I’m not looking forward to the extended family lunch planned for the end of April coz i was so excited to tell everone. It just sucks coz i had so many things to look forward to & now it has all been taken away. Hubby & i cant even have sex coz my stupid body keeps bleeding. Sorry for the downer post sad.gif Also quick question for anyone who had had a D&C. Is that classed as the start of your cycle? Would i ovulate around 2ish weeks after?
