I work at Tree of Life (until my last shift tomorrow boo hoo) and they have just marked the tiered skirts down to $29.95 from $49.95.
They're amazing and I have loved them forever so wanted to share the tiered skirt love. I don't know how long the sale goes for. You can get them online as well. And I heard a rumour that there's free postage but I just checked and they don't have the full colour range on there. There's heaps of colours online. And there's 30% off winter woolies. And all the cool Nepalese stuff is in at the moment

I'd go an extra large just because to be safe. They have buttons up the side so if it's too big you can just move the buttons over
|

I love Tree of Life! I love their tiered skirts too, but when I bought a size 'S' one it was way too big! So I exchanged it for an XS - still too big
 I took it in with my sewing machine but it was a bit of a hassle, I can't see if they come in any smaller sizes (XXS?). I really do love their clothing though!
