Getting back on track is the challenge you need to tackle, not winning movie tickets. Telling yourself you
need to lose 2 kilos is not healthy. It is the perfect setup for that all-or-nothing thinking -- it reads "If I don't lose the 2 kilos, I have failed, so I might as well eat xxxxxx or zzzzzzzz, etc"
And "hoping" you'll be at the gym more??? What does that mean? Sorry to be so blunt, but if you only hope, it probably won't happen.
If you've lost no weight in the month under the guidance of a PT, I think you should look at other options. Clearly the "diet" you are on is not working, and the exercise is not compensating for what you are eating (assuming you have no medical issues).
