He's gone from 3-4 day sleeps to 2 a day for the last few days, 20-30 mins a time. I think it's affecting his night sleeps has he went from going 11 hours overnight to waking every 4 hours. blink.gif

Not sure what I'm after, just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar? I'm going mad - I seriously can't get anything done as it's a bit unpredictable at the moment.

(Here I was thinking I had it all in the bag...pfft!)

Have you tried resettling him? Is he hot? Cold? windy?
I often need to resettle my daughter for her to get a proper nap in.
Maybe it's a growth spurt. The first 12 months are SUCH a guessing game with some babies!

My DS went from 3 sleeps to 2 around 6 months of age.

If he is waking more frequently at night could you try an earlier bedtime for night?
An perhaps try re-settling for his two day sleeps to stretch them out a bit longer than 30 minutes?

Our 3 x 45 minute sleeper went to 1 x 1.5 hr sleep and 1 x 45 minute afternoon sleep with an earlier bedtime.

Hope some others have some good ideas to throw out there too.
