I'm making an ice cream cake for my Dds birthday as one of her guests is allergic to egg and soy. Can anyone recommend a good brand of egg free icecream??

Thanks

We make our own yummy ice cream using 600ml whipped cream and a can of condensed milk, folded together and frozen.

You can add kinds of yummy stuff,

almonds and melted milk chocolate,

pecan and maple syrup,

chopped mars bar or peppermint crisp

Nutella and roasted hazlenuts

are some of our favourites.

We are currently using Bulla- but check ingredients as I have found that the buggers (all brands) keep changing ingredients.

If you have a way to churn it, google jeni's splendid ice cream recipes. They are unbelievable, and super easy.
