Who puts babies on ipods as a discussion point?here

I hate these dumbed down, patronising articles that EB supports.

I think she's probably got a job going for her writing those nutrition and health 'articles' in the Sunday supplements of the weekend newspaper. Same style of reporting - an opinion with 'back up' from cherry-picked popular sources.

Is EB rewiring Mother's Brains? Maybe that would have been a more interesting point.

Thanks for the link.

I saw the title of the article the other day but didn't bother reading it. The heading was enough to turn me off.

She is paid to write light hearted, fluffy opinion pieces and that is exactly what you get. I never expect EB articles to be well researched, balanced or invoke any level of intellectual thinking. I am rarely disappointed wink.gif

I think she was referring more to Ipads than Ipods, and that the article was more about spending too much time on them.

I have a niece with special needs who has had half of her brain disconnected, and she knows how to do amazing things with an Ipad. It's been a valuable resource for us, so I guess it's hard to draw a line in the sand about how much time is too much in her case.

ETA, feedback for articles is always welcome, and you also have the option to submit an article you have written yourself!
