not exactly disingenuous
We have two dogs and a cat. They all sleep in the laundry - cat on a heated bed up on a chair, bichoodle on a pet bed and mini foxy on a heated pet bed. (the cat has to sleep higher up than the dogs or he attacks them in the night - he has delusions of grandeur LOL).

Our dog has a canvas stretcher just outside our back door with two comfy dog mattresses on it. When it's cold/rainy/ we just want her too, she gets to sleep inside near the back door (which is in the lounge so she can be near us) on all her doggy mattresses.

She's an outside dog normally, who my DH has been giving more and more leeway(sp?) to rolleyes.gif

At the foot of our bed on his blanket. He is so snuggly. It is so lovely in winter, not so much in summer ......

The both have a dog bed in our room but they spend most of the night trying to cuddle up to me in our bed. They dont dare go on DH's side as they know they get the "foot of love" and pushed down on the floor. With me they know I am a sucker and love their cuddles
