Haven't gotten my dad and FIL a present yet for fathers day. Not too worried about dad as I'm not seeing him on FD and won't be for a couple of weeks but FIL we are seeing Sunday.

Has anyone got any suggestions on what to get him.

He has enough clothes, isn't into anything major and is diabetic (so chocolate is probably out).

Any suggestions? I'm wanting to get it tomorrow.

we made our own little 'jars of love'. In one we filled in with heart candys and the other we wrote lots of little notes - each one saying something we love about dad (the kids dad). We made labels on the computer, printed them off and stuck them on.

They look great and were very cheap original.gif

If you have an Australian Geographic near you they have great fathers day stuff in at the moment.

Key ring weather station/ calender thingo: http://shop.australiangeographic.com.au/Po...tion-P1991.aspx

If he is handy, pocket knife keyring type thingo: http://shop.australiangeographic.com.au/6-...lver-P2207.aspx

Soap sack - who doesn't want to smell manly? http://shop.australiangeographic.com.au/Th...Bush-P1369.aspx

Alternatively, you could get some unusual teas since this would be safe with diabetes.
