I have a 250ml carton of cream which expires today - what can I make with it, am thinking of something for arvo tea. Not something that just requires cream poured on top of it, as I want to use it all up..
Any ideas, clever ladies? |

A fruit fool..
The never fail EB awesome icecream! Whip cream Add a tin of sweetened condensed milk add flavour (I usually just put in vanilla paste) but you can use chocolate, stewed fruit, whatevers... Freeze. |

thanks so much ladies - mmmmm that fruit fool looks goooooood - will save that for another day. Love the butter idea - I did think of that - it would be a fun thing to do with kids. I have decided on the cupcakes though - what an interesting recipe!
