I have:

1 cup cold roast chook
2 bunches asparagus
Bacon
Creme fraiche
Salami
Tomatoes

Plus other staples etc

I really want to use the chicken and the asparagus.

My thoughts so far:
Chicken and asparagus risotto
Chicken and asparagus frittata
Chicken and asparagus pasta

Any other inspired ideas??

I make chicken pie with left over chicken.

Fry leek or onion and bacon. Fry a tablespoon of flour. Add chicken stock gradually and let it thicken. Add cream (but creme fraise would be awesome), dijon mustard and the chicken. Put in a pie dish or something and sheet of puff pastry over the top. Bake.

Would be delicious with steamed asparagus.

You could make savoury crepes. Just make a white sauce and add teh cooked chicken and other filling ingredients to it, roll up in crepes, add a bit more sauce and cheese on top and bake until bubbly.

I'll second this. It turns out really, really yummy and my kids love it.

I'd make pasta with everything you have except the salami. I actually make that dish regularly cause it's awesome. biggrin.gif
