We are putting on a little Christmas party for DD and her pre school friends (all girls). There will be about 8-10 children coming.

I am going to make up some party bags for the girls to take home and so far am thinking -
- Candy canes (lolly)
- Santa/Christmas stamps
- Santa/Christmas stickers
- Santa/Christmas pencil
- some lollies/Freddo Frog

I'm trying to find however, some of those small plush key rings that you see at the $2 shops in reindeers etc where you press on their belly and they play a song like "Santa Claus is coming to town"

I figured if I can work out what they are called I will probably be able to buy them on EBAY from Hong Kong or something for next to nothing!

Whilst I realise $2-$3 from a cheap shop is nothing, when I times by 10 children gets a bit expensive. So far I've managed to find the stamps etc for about $3 for 8 including post on EBAY so I've saved a lot!!

PS If anyone has any other party bag ideas please feel free to add!

I just did a quick ebay search of Christmas party favours and it turned up heaps of stuff, maybe give that a go and see if you find anything you like.

When I was at K-Mart yesterday they had these big bubble wands with the bubble mixture for $1. I know it's not strictly christmas, but it would be fun and they are so cheap.

You could get some Christmas baubles and either get the kids to personalize them with glitter glue pens or do each kids name on yourself original.gif
