I love the flavour of White Christmas but I'm not a massive fan of the glaced fruit, nuts etc (i.e the traditional WC). So basically I love the actual white bit.

Does anyone have an alternate WC recipe?

Could you just try melted white chocolate, rice bubbles, coconut and a little vanilla.

That will give you some texture and the sweetness without the fruit.

Ooh, I misunderstood blush.gif I thought you were wanting to know of a recipe with those eliminated.

Alternatives hmmm, choc chips and red raspberries (the lollies)?

I've used marshmallows, dried apricots and slivered almonds before- that was pretty tasty!

I have made it using mini m&m's.

Was intended for children but was also enjoyed by grownups!
