Well I'm about to make a raspberry frozen fruit yoghurt cake thing that I found a recipe for only problem is just found the icing sugar in my pantry (obviously I have been buying new ones in the meantime forgetting about this one). It's still in its packaging but has no useby date on it, it has a pkd date of 2010 huh.gif Should I assume it's out of date or is it one of those products that don't really go off?

Do I give up on my frozen cake being made today?

I think it'd be ok. Its probably a BEST BEFORE date. I doubt icing sugar really goes off. Enjoy the cake!1

It doesn't go off, it is a very stable product.

Make the cake!
