Just trying to think of something a little different for the lunchtime book club I am hosting in two weeks. Six women, lunchtime, something light but a Bit more exciting than dips, cheese and bread.
Any ideas?

Thankyou

How about something connected to your book theme?

Ie, if set in Thailand, pad thai etc...

A bit dumb, maybe, but could be fun?

A big, build your own salad. Maybe caesar or nicoise -esque?

Have all the salad ingredients in separate bowls/plates. Cook some fresh salmon or chicken or whatever protein you want. Let everyone help themselves to make their own salad. You could do it at the table or buffet style.
