I have a concert coming up and parents have to bring a plate to share for out the back in the dressing room on the night.
I am stuck for ides other than a plate of sandwiches!! I do work so was hoping to make something up the night before (it will be served cold). Help please. |

how about california rolls? You could buy some rolls and then slice them a little smaller to bite size

pizza pinwheels
Puff pastry, topped with pizza toppings, roll up, cut into slices and bake in oven. Great hot and cold. |

Depending on age of children, basics like fruit, cheese and crackers seem to appeal to most.

mini subs - buy the little bake at home dinner rolls, cook as per instructions, slice open and fill with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, chicken ect in a variety of combinations.
