So just to clarify OP, I have had 2 wrap addicted babies and am slightly ashamed to admit that DD was wrapped until 7mo and DS until 10mo

.....well past rolling! I only just weaned him to a sleeping bag a few weeks ago. Both bubs were big and strong babies especially DS. So I consider myself the wrapping queen!
Before you go spending more money on new wraps, look at your technique. I got told to get a Woombie and an Ergo with DS and sorry, but I thought they were rubbish. Like your bub, DS would bring his hands up but he would suck them, he couldnt get them through the collar but he would still suck them with the wrap over it. Wrapping his arms next to his body was the only thing that worked.
My favourite wrap......my big Lil Fraser one! They are the best because they are the stretchy cotton so they have give. You can wrap super super tight but they can move their arms slightly and the fabric shouldnt slip like muslin fabric does. In the end with both babies my Lil Fraser one was the only one I used and I had to wash it and dry it before naps. It was finally threadbare and it finally ripped so I was forced to wean!
Anyway I have this great technique where you straitjacket the arms next to them. PM if you want me to describe it. I cant be bothered typing it out for no reason (sorry too tired!)

. Both my babies were amazing sleepers, 8-10hrs as newborns if they didnt escape from their wraps.
