This is my go-to recipe whenever I'm needing something quick and easy to make or if we have unexpected guest.
One Pot Chinese Chicken - only one pot to wash up. Gotta love that! What's your favourite dish to cook when unexpected guest show up? |

Thai take away!
Or the one time this year my play date guests' car broke down and they stayed for dinner, I happened to have the ingredients for tuna pasta bake. Simple but yummy. |
