I am currently painting and boy-oh-by are my arms sore.

Yes I have bought a place- we settle today I will be doing a fair bit of the renos, with SIL helping, but mostly the prep, ripping up carpets, scrubing every wall inside (which are all very badly smoke stained), ripping out the old kitchen, removing wall paper out of one room, (that all has to be done by Friday), then there are tradies coming in an out too-- shower screen goes in tomorrow, then BIL, electrician, plumber over the weekend, painters all of next week and carpet layers the week of the move (15th Dec)

Wow that sounds like a big day PBQ!

Here is my list for today:

Make DS lunch/pack his bag
Kindy drop off on time
Put load of washing on
Hang 2x loads out
Put away pile of dry clothes
Wash wool blanket
Finish DH's ironing (3 workshirts left to go)
Make Beds
Hang out wool blanket
Sweep & Steam mop tiles
Sweep & mop with wood restorer the polished wood floors
Tidy up/organise DS bedroom with is a mess
Tidy/dust master bedroom
Tidy/dust living room & dining room
Quick clean of bathroom/toilet (did deep clean last week)
Attempt to spot clean sofa covers (may not work but I can't face taking them all off)
Wash up breakfast things
Get clothes of line and put away
Pick up DS from Kindy
Dinner prep


I would also like to get some study done but I think that's unrealistic so I am going to focus on getting the cleaning & washing done today so I can just study Tues & Weds.
