Hello! I'm popping in to say hi and introduce myself as a newbie. I'm in country SA and am pregnant with #2. The nausea and fatigue of first trimester are laying me low which is hard when I'm running after another but I'm getting there! I don't remember that from the first time (well the nausea I do!) so am just taking things easy. I have no appetite, have stopped enjoying tea and coffee and am finding carbs the only thing I can face which is a struggle as a keen Paleo eater. Lemongrass and ginger tea is awesome though.
