Cows carrying cakes and candles.
We are discussing Christmas presents for our two girls; particularly whether to buy two things the same or have one to share. It's getting a little tricky and seems OTT to simply double up on everything, especially as they haven't really developed separate interests as yet. Hearts would be broken if we bought completely different presents, such as a bike and a slide or some such. So it's two bikes, two books, two Barbies and maybe some hair ties and undies at this stage (oh, and some fuzzy felt - two buckets). Although we may give the bikes for Jan/Feb birthdays wacko.gif - it all depends if mummy loses the plot!

We would love to get them a dolls house to put all their Barbie dolls to use, and give them tools for more/further imaginative play. However, while a dolls house would be nice, there's no way we are buying two for our little living space to be completely taken over...

DH suggested a duplex, which I think would be brilliant, as they don't have to take turns or have one floor each, etc. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Are there people out there who make custom type dolls houses? Any other suggestions?

EFS

If you check local fb recycle sites, you might be able to find someone who could make one for you. I would hurry though. I make custom furniture and am almost booked up for next few months.

Thanks for the tip. I'll get onto it - maybe it can be an Easter present if not ready by Christmas!
