You know the sort - day and date down one side and family members listed along the top so you can write in who is doing what (sport!!!) on what day - I think it will be a busy year next year!
Please recommend a company that makes them and the best format that works for you
TIA

I actually just have an Excel spreadsheet that I've been using for years. Dates down the side, names or types of events along the top (currently have 'Important Dates' (birthdays, etc), Me, DS, Social (events for both of us), Elderly Relative who stays a lot, Study, Household (renovating, so this is any tradespeople, etc), Dogs, Dog Shows/Trials). I've been using it for about ten years now, and it's adapted and changed, but seems to work well for me. I can just print out a copy whenever I need it, and it's synced to the tablet and mobile phone also so I can have access to it whenever I need it.

thanks. Pros and cons: Which do you prefer - wall calendars or a diary and why?
Casime, super organised. I have thought about doing this too.

I need one that has the ability to write multiple things on one day for one person ie. DD has dancing and swimming on the same day...I need room for times too!
I'll be watching this thread closely!

2anewme, One with a square for each day rather than lines (small rectangle) would suit you better then, IMO. More bulky/bigger, but I know what you mean, sometimes there are a couple of things on, especially weekends. I had a diary a couple of years ago that had small stickers for childrens (and adult) activities, birthday, anniversaries etc - they were great as they were smaller than I could write but clearer! Kikki website has stickers too, but I dont think I like them - another option for you to look out for

I make my own. It's a table with 6 columns across (headings are Name, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) and 5 rows down (one row for each of us - I stick a picture of each person at the start of their row), then I have who does what on each day. It's saved on the computer so I can change it at any time and print it off.
ETA: We still have a calendar in the kitchen for everything else, the above table is just for who wears what uniform on what day/library day/afternoon activities, work days (me)/homework due days etc. The table is hung up under the calendar.
