Don't forget cherries are in season! They would make a great sweet treat.
For nibbles try little stuffed vegies. I suggest little eggplants done Imam Bayildi (leave out the cheese or yoghurt). Or little capsicums stuffed with mince. You can do mini cabbage rolls stuffed with mince as well. Just google for the recipes.
An antipasto platter of marinated vegies, such as olives, eggplant and capsicum, plus meats.
Vegie sticks and vegetable dips (eg baba ghanoush). Sometimes you can get good ideas for dairy free vegie dips from vegan websites.
Chicken wings (as normal, or made into those mini "drumsticks") done various ways - marinated, fried, grilled whatever.
Mini kebabs, with peanut sauce or other sort of sauce, like macadamia, if you don't eat peanuts. Maybe put vegies on the skewers with the meat.
Meatballs/ meat kofta.
Vegie kofta. Grate cauliflower or zucchini and make into kofta balls and deep fry. Google the recipe. I think the Hare Krishna website (Cooking with Korma or something like that) has a recipe for vegetable kofta.
Fried cauliflower pieces, in a tomato sauce. Or maybe eggplant or zuchini.
There is a nice Afghani eggplant dish that is thinly sliced baked eggplant, layered with tomato sauce, onions, and served with youghurt and mint. Maybe leave out the yoghurt? It is served cold so can be made ahead of time. But not everyone loves eggplant as much as me.

So eggplant can be a bit of a risk when entertaining.
Zuchini fritters.
Chicken pieces (small ones) coated in egg, then in almond meal and fried. They are like little chicken nuggets. My kids love these. Add a pinch of salt to the almond meal if you eat salt.
