Do you mean Linseed, Sunflower, and Almond meal?

If so I sprinkle it on porridge (and other breakfast cereals) and sprinkle on yoghurt/fruit and also in smoothies.

I also mix it with ground nuts when making a base for cheesecakes.

You could mix it in with flour and butter to make a crumble topping for fruit.

And mix it into anything you make with flour.

I would think so however it may make the biscuits darker than they would normally look.
