This week mine:

forgot to take the camera to the Christmas Concert (first one I haven't been able to go to) even though I said five times before I walked out the door to work to remember the camera . . . .

forgave me for taking the car keys to work when he was having the car . . . .

did the ballet dad rehearsal run for the first time ever . . . ran late . . . but kept his cool and as the whole rehearsal was running late he was actually in time . . .

what about yours?

Mine is currently in the kitchen building a pink and purple fairy castle birthday cake (with 10 turrets!) a blue moat, a multitude of sprinkles and a plethora of sugar flowers for our 5 year old DD birthday tommorow.
Best cake Dad in the world xx

when i grow up i wanna be like me
Left out two main Christmas presents that were meant to be taken to the shed, so guess what my little cherubs woke up to first thing this morning (those are no longer going to be from Santa lol).

Didn't put my keys back in my hand bag, I usually double check that I have them before walking out the door but for some reason didn't today, so guess who got locked out of the house on her way home from school drop off (we walk). Thankfully managed to lever the rollershutter up high enough for DD to fit through, and hunt through the house for the keys and then pass them back out through the window for me.

Left our car unlocked all night long.

All this was just today lol, he is lucky I love him and had a good giggle about it all instead of losing my top.

Went back to a hard, very physical job in the mines because he wants so much more for us.

Spent almost all of his week off looking after the baby so I could catch up on sleep.

Forgot to sign his tax forms so it's going to be delayed for another couple of weeks.
