I have just finished Iced by Karen Marie Moning (Fever series), 2 of the Lux books by Jennifer L Armentrout and Outlander by Diana Gabaldon.

I'm in the mood for maybe some YA or paranormal romance/fantasy.

Any recommendations?

I've read the first few pages of Dark Lover (Dagger series) but I'm not feeling it. Has anyone read them and think I should persist?

I like them sweet.
Three of my favourite series:

Kate Daniels series
The Night Huntress series
Charley Davidson series

I also recommend "AngelFall" and "Daughter of Smoke and Bone"

I've tried Dark Lover and a few others in the series. Never finished any of them and they're now sitting on my book shelf collecting dust. ph34r.gif

The Passage by Justin Cronin. Not what your looking for but you won't put it down. The second book, the twelve has just been released.

Second vote here for the Kate Daniel's series by Ilona Andrews - first one is Magic Bites

Also the Light Blade novels by Kylie Griffin (Aussie author) - first one is Vengeance Born

I LOVE the Black Dagger series, but i didn't love the first book. I enjoyed it, but didn't really love the series until the second book.

I can't wait for the new paranormal Australian author, Adina West's book to come out. She was in the SMH, http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/books/...1022-280eg.html but it's not out til February. Don't know if I can wait that long, which means I may not cope with e-serialisation!

Not sure what to read in the meantime, so have gathered up some series from here.

Have you read the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning? It is probably my favourite series.

Thanks ladies. I actually have the Kate Daniels series and haven't read them yet. I also own Angelfall and haven't read it yet either!

I have read a lot of good things about The Passage so I better add that to my list too.
