 lemon coconut slice - anyone have it on file? |

Last summer i used to make this delish lemon and coconut slice.... brought the lemons and now cant find the recipe anywhere, even looked on taste.com etc
I remember it has a crushed biscuit base, and then you mix the lemon and coconut with something and throw it in the fridge. Anyone got one similar? It's a real refreshing slice and great for freezing for lunches - wish i could find it |
