I've bought ham, ricotta and spinach with all intention of making a yummy pie to go with salad for tonight.
Just about to pre heat the oven and I realise I've forgotten it stopped working on Friday! Gahhh! The guy isn't coming out till next week to look at it. So anyone got any ideas what I can do with these ingredients without using the oven? The grill works fine, we have a microwave and a barbeque. |

make a pasta. Boil pasta, wilt spinach, toss wilted spinach, ham and ricotta through pasta with seasonings to taste. Have your salad as planned.

Fritatta - most recipie's i've read just need you to put the pan under the grill to finish it off!
