I am going to try this recipe next weekend. Have already been shopping today. I just watched him make them and they looked yummy.

I'm all for sweety salt combos, but that just sounds dreadful.

Be sure to report back.

That sounds yum!

A friend of mine told me I HAD to try pancakes with bacon and syrup. I thought it was going to be pretty terrible but it was so good! Until then I couldn't imagine having bacon with anything sweet.

I love bacon and maple syrup on pancakes. My DD got me hooked on it after her trip to america.

Now I love bacon and do like bacon with pancakes and maple syrup but I have to agree with Riotproof that recipe sounds awful. I keep tasting the congealed bacon fat!

Saying that I am enjoying Adrian Richardson's show on the food channel yum...

When he made it on tv, the bacon was very thin. So yeah, probably would taste yuck with normal bacon.
