Looking for some answers...
After many years now I have suffered from a condition which I just thought be a bit of irritable bowel syndrome but now I'm starting to think given that it has been 4 years it is somthing more chronic like crohns or something else... I dont think it's like bowel cancer or anything but it really persisant.
Basically when I wake up in the morning, I wake up usually from pain. My whole bowel feels sore and inflammed, the inflamation primarily shoots pain round to my sacrum (lower back) area and I have to curve my back like a duck to try and strench out the sore painful feeling. I wake up and all my muscles feel really worn
and bodyy feels so unrested.
In March 2010 I had such a bad flare up that by May I had quit my job and honestly felt that I had been hit my a bus, every morning that I woke up. I even ended up in the emergency room and they ran lots of ultrasounds and found nothing. Although the tests were maybe done in the wrong internal place IYKWIM.
My pregnancy to DS seemed to cure the symptoms and just now its come back (DS born in May 2011)
The weird thing about this condition is that it is always from sleeping overnight and I have a great bed so it's not that... I am usually in so much pain from the inflamation that I have to get out of bed as the lying flat position makes it feel worst, also I dont really have diaheria or anything. I do feel a bit gassy though annd it's hurts to pass gas as the bowel is already inflamed.
I have seen so many Dr's about this and had heaps of internals tests done but they find nothing... I have never had the camera up the *to put in bluntly* backside so maybe that is an option, to see if they can find something.
I just hope the G.P see next will be able to help me
has anyone else ever had anything similar?
