last time I tried a multivitamin on an empty stomach it came straight back up...yuck!
No idea why. I'm with a pp....take it with dinner.
Also, taking a multivit won't make up for missing breakfast...try a smoothie, or one of those up and go drinks, they have fibre in them and some other stuff so it's a better option than a pill.
Edited to add: just read your update - if breakfast is that hard for you then skip it and have something a bit later! I also don't really enjoy breakfast and skip it quite a lot. I usually have an apple or some ryvita (or a cupcake) at 10.30 instead. I know all the advice is to eat breakfast, but that is the problem with general advice, it doesn't work for everybody!
