what do you do?
I was thinking raw and cooking it in the oven. mil said to get a pre cooked and re heat. I'm having trouble getting mil to accept that I want to do things my way! edit to fix auto correct error This post has been edited by imamumto3: 28/11/2012, 07:19 PM |

Raw turkey in the oven. Par cooked and pre cooked then frozen doesn't have a nice texture IMO.

Rolled fresh turkey fillet. Prepared by the butcher with stuffing, cook covered, the uncover last 20 mins. Heaps beter than pre cooked buffe but still dead easy.
