what do you do?

I was thinking raw and cooking it in the oven. mil said to get a pre cooked and re heat.

I'm having trouble getting mil to accept that I want to do things my way!

Raw turkey in the oven. Par cooked and pre cooked then frozen doesn't have a nice texture IMO.

Rolled fresh turkey fillet. Prepared by the butcher with stuffing, cook covered, the uncover last 20 mins. Heaps beter than pre cooked buffe but still dead easy.
