A baby shop only had a floor model of the particular capsule I wanted. They don't usually stock it but had ordered it in especially for a customer. This customer then failed to buy it, so they put the capsule on display in the store. The sales assistant told me it had been on display for three weeks. They were offering it at a significant discount. Would you buy it?

Nope, and I'm the kind of person that would buy a floor stock mattress.

Yes. Just give it a good clean. It has not been used so I don't see a problem.

That's what I think too. It is not used. But potentially it could have been dropped?

I would. Even if it had been dropped from the shelf to the floor, surely a model still in its box could also have been dropped in the warehouse.
