Hello we are having a variety of people over for a BBQ. Some of the people are Italian men, who only eat traditional Italian food. They are also absolutely brilliant cooks which makes it even worse for me. Im trying to have a few dishes that I know they will like. Im at a loss at what to make.
Does anyone have any true and tried side dishes that I can make? I have thought salads but not quite sure. thanks in advance for your help. |

Eggplant parmigiana? Stuffed peppers? Antipasto platter? (I'm half-Italian and these are common "side dishes" at our family events!)
