Hi all,

As title says I need ideas of what to cook using the remaining 2 packs of fresh lasagne sheets. I have 3 big lasagnes in the freezer so don't want to make any more at the moment!

Cannelloni - spinach and ricotta as a change from the lasagne.. if it is a meaty lasagne.

Freeze them, or make ravioli (no idea if that would work - but looks like it would). You could also add pumpkin to the cannelloni.
