I have a rule with the washing - I don't turn things inside out, I don't check pockets and I don't roll down sleeves. It's basically all thrown in as is, and DH knows this. When he leaves tissues in pockets, he then gets the fun of the lint roller to get all the gunk off dev (6).gif

So anyway, I washed a pair of his shorts today and just folding them now felt something in one of the pockets. Turns out it's $20. So EB, do I do the right thing and give it back to him? Or is that just his punishment for not checking pockets? ph34r.gif

If I find money while doing the laundry, I consider it my payment for doing the chore... although I don't think my husband's pockets have every been so lucrative as to provide $20. More just $2 here and there.

Any money found in pockets whilst doing the washing is mine!

Usually it's $2 though. But I did however give DH back the $200 I got out of the machine, only because the money was for his brother.
