I cannot recall when I stopped believing in santa.

DH believes he was 8 or 9.

He thinks that DD's 1 & 2 should have worked it out by now... They are 10 (just shy of 11) and 9.5. I on the other hand, want to leave it be... discussion is open - and often spoken about. DD1 has friends who don't believe - but she adamantly believes!!

SO, just to get an idea - how old are your children - and do they still believe?

DS is 4 and has no idea not to believe he has a real understanding this year more then ever.

DD is 7 1/2 and still believes i thought maybe she wouldn't by now with kids talking at school. So if she is iffy she hasn't let on.

My 6 year old grandson doesn't even believe in the tooth fairy and he hasn't lost any teeth yet.

DD started not fully believing at about 11. Probably started questioning around 9-10. She's 12 now, it was last christmas that she really sort of let me know that she knew.
The younger ones are all under 6 and still totally into it.

My kids are 5 & 7, and they are non-believers. As I've shared on other related threads, my 7-year-old cracked the code at 3.5, and that was that.

We have fabulous Christmases nonetheless.

All still believe but I see a suss look in the eye of my 9 year old.

Pretty sure this will be her last year or from now on she 'pretends' to believe.

3yo and 6 yo DS's both still believe, but 9yo DS started questioning it all last year (when he had just turned 8) and I am pretty sure he doesn't believe in it all anymore, but he doesn't want to say anything, just in case. I would say by next year though he won't believe in it at all..

The funny thing it - the tooth fairy has been outed here. But nope, apparently the Easter bunny and Santa are still real.

The eldest is thinking it over - and her current conclusion is her own conclusion.

I think the 5 year old is getting a little suspicious and the 2 year old doesn't really understand but knows who Santa is.
